Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

For website online sales we accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal. Quatations are prepaid by ACH, wire or check.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days after the item was returned to the manufacturer and confirmation was recvieved from them. Refund confirmation email is sent at time of procssing of the refund. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. 

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit www.seginuslighting.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

The order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation please check your spam and marketing folders. If you still need help, please get in touch via our Contact form

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@seginuslighting.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.  Not all orders can be cancelled as they may be made-to-order. Please contact Customer Service prior to placing your order to inquire if it can be cancelled.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. The shipping costs that are displayed on the web site are not valid and we will contact you with a specific shipping quote for your approval. If the customer chooses to cancel the order at that time Seginus Lighting will respect this without penalty. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties and fees, including Brokerage fees that may be associated with any purchase.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the cart total. Please add your items to the cart and enter your ship to ZIP code. The shipping total will appear in your cart.

Note for international orders and orders shipped outside of the 48 contegient United States, the shipping amount shown int he cart is not valid. An updated shipping total will be emailed to you post ordering OR you can email us at sales@seginuslighting.com to request a quote sent for all desired items and the correct shipping amount. You will be able to checkout directly from that link provided.

Can I track my order?

You can check on the status of your order by signing into your account. The product pages will also show the estimated lead times prior to shipping. You can always email us at sales@seginuslighting.com or open the chat at the bottom of the page to inquire when your order is expected to ship.

We will also email you the tracking information once your order has shipped.

Trade Professional Program

For Trade Professionals who include lighting consultants, architects, contractors, designers, we offer special trade pricing. Please request a quote by visiting the below link and include your current lighting request and your business information. Discounts vary based on the lighting schedule.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We are committed to our customer satisfaction. You can cancel  or return certain items (but not all) within 30 days from shipping date for a refund less 4% minimum convenience fee, shipping fee of the original shipment and restocking fees when applicable. Items must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition and original packaging in good condition. * restrictions apply. Please see the list of manufacturers and restocking fees below. If a certain manufacturer does not appear in the list the minimum restocking fees are 35%.

Commercial made to order items from Cooper Lighting, Signify and others are not cancelable or returnable.

Permitted returns must include a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any returns that do not include a valid RMA number may not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Product shipment refusal is not considered as a return and a refund is not guaranteed. You must have an RMA number to return your product. RMA numbers are good for 10 days after they have been issued.

LED lights flickering? About 80% of the time it is the driver that needs to be replaced. In most cases, the LED engine and the drivers are "married" and replacing the driver should fix the issue.
