This lamp's name reflects the atmosphere it creates: a mixture of excitement and magnificence, along with intelligence and romance. It combines Mariano Fortuny's love for combining the Venetian and the Oriental. The elegant 2-tier structure has the form of an upside-down pagoda and is suspended by a delicate net of cords decorated with Murano glass beads. The lower tier culminates with a fine engraved drop, and the Fortuny trademark is engraved on the patterned metal ring. Light bulbs not included. Made in Venice, Italy.

Damage

Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon delivery, and report any damage to Seginus Lighting within 24 hours of receipt. Customer bears full responsibility for any damage not reported within this 24-hour period. We recommend hiring a qualified electrician to install your lighting fixtures. Venetia Studium Srl is not responsible for any damage or defects due to faulty installation.

Returns policy

Returns may be made with a required valid Authorization which may be requested by contacting Seginus Lighting by using our returns form.

Please pay close attention to the following items:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please check all your boxes as soon as you receive them. Venetia Studium Srl cannot be responsible for any missing or damaged goods if we are not notified within 24 hours from time received.
Sale items are not eligible for returns. Defective sale products will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
Items that have been installed or not in original carton or packaging are not returnable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs taxes and duties paid to deliver the item out to you from Italy are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that returns of Fortuny lights to Italy may end up very expensive for you as you will have to pay transport duties taxes and Italian VAT. We highly suggest ordering only if you are confident in the purchase and intend to keep the items, especially when it comes to the larger Fortuny lamps.

Returns are subject to a minimum of 30% restocking fees.
