Poor Shipping

I feel completely abandoned. You send an email about shipping the order and can track via "Shop". This leads to Day & Ross across the entirety Canada who hands off to R&L in the USA.
I was to receive six (6) boxes but only received five (5) boxes. The lone box is the hardware to install any of it. It is 13" x13" and should have been sent UPS/FedEx! Expecting a 13" x 13" box to cross 3,000 miles of Canada and then 500 miles to Philadelphia is absurd.
No accountability!
I have five light fixtures and NO hardware to install.
